Choreographic assistants are in charge of training dancers working in the company. Dancers internalize techniques, choreographic approaches and productions through this training.

Offers dance and theatre for community development, education and communication. Community based groups and partners are trained in performance based approaches to advocacy and awareness and capacity building for arts projects.
